Of the four alternatives here, Secret Desires reads as the most direct match to Candy AI's own explicit positioning. Both platforms state openly, in their own marketing, that adult content is part of the product.

Romantic AI

Romantic AI (romanticai.com) lets you create and chat with a customizable AI companion, a girlfriend, boyfriend, or anime character, with control over appearance, personality, and conversation tone. Checked 11 September 2026.

Features include text chat, photo sharing, virtual gifts, and image generation.

Unlike DreamGF's silence on the subject, Romantic AI states its adult-content approach directly. The site advertises "NSFW Option Available" and describes the ability to "Turn on/off NSFW Option," framed as adjustable for discretion.

Premium subscription benefits listed on the page include unlimited messages, custom AI character creation, and "unblurred spicy replies." That wording implies free-tier images or replies arrive blurred, though the page does not say so outright.

One gap worth flagging: the dedicated pricing page returned a 404 at write time, so an exact subscription price could not be verified. Treat that as unconfirmed rather than a guessed number.

PolyBuzz

PolyBuzz (polybuzz.ai) is an AI companion and roleplay chat platform built around user-created characters, with anime, manga, celebrity, and original-character tags. Checked 11 September 2026.

The site markets access to "over 20 million AI characters," a figure that comes from PolyBuzz's own marketing rather than any independently verified count.

PolyBuzz's stated content policy runs opposite to Candy AI's. Where Candy AI's help centre permits adult content that complies with its guidelines, PolyBuzz states plainly: "PolyBuzz strictly prohibit public display of NSFW content."
